Planning, Scheduling and tracking of every construction activities are carrying in daily basis. Our duties :

  • Coordinating between Clients, Design consultants, Contractors and end users for the successful delivery of the project.
  • Cost control during Pre-construction and construction stages.
  • Analyzing and delivering the project as per Client’s related requirements.
  • Scheduling and tracking of site activities on daily basis.
  • Inspection of site works as per GFC drawings by ensuring quality and safety of the work.
  • Monitoring Projects : including in house, external contractors and sub-contractors.
  • Conducting PEP talks about site activities to engineers and labors on regular interval.
  • Documentation maintenance.Conducting meetings and competently communicate with Clients, Contractors and major asset owners and stakeholders.
  • Preparing and circulating the Minute of Meetings (MOM’s) which facilitate to maintain records.
  • Applying personal technical knowledge and experience to the development and delivery of technical training for graduate engineers.
  • Checking and processing of financial measurements for bill certification.
